ECOFEST 2010 - 18th - 20th June

Location:
Badger Farm, Asterby, Louth, Lincolnshire LN11 9UF. The site is located next to the Red Hill Nature Reserve, halfway between Horncastle and Louth, off the Goulceby Road.

Tickets: available from 1st March 2010
Advance sale tickets are available by post only. Please send a SAE with a cheque or postal order made payable to the Wolds Collective. A booking form is available on the Contact page of our website: www.woldscollective.co.uk. Send to Badger Farm (address above).
No teenage tickets sold without adult accompaniment. Stallholders may enter on Thursday by prior arrangement.

Please note: 12 - 17 yrs must be accompanied by a Parent, Guardian, or Responsible Adult

Parking:
On-site parking for Stallholders, Entertainers, Support Staff, and Crew ONLY.
Disabled visitors may reserve on-site parking by prior arrangement.
All other parking in designated Car Park 200 yards up the road.

Camping:
On-site camping for Stallholders, Entertainers, Crew, and Disabled (by prior arrangement).
All ticket holders to camp in the designated Camping area, next to the Car Park.

Stallholders:
Please book early, as there are limited spaces. Send a cheque for the number of tickets required, stating the size of your pitch, and what you sell.
A single pitch is maximum 4 metres. If you require more space, you will be charged for the extra footage accordingly.
There is no charge for the pitch, but we ask you to make a donation of a raffle prize, in aid of the Lincolnshire Wildlife Trust.

Workshops:
There will be workshops in Dance, Drumming, Guitar Playing, Crafts, and Children's Activities.
The times of the workshops will be posted on the notice boards located at the Gate House and the Marquee.

Recycling:
Please separate your rubbish into landfill, cans, and glass, and place in the marked bins located at various points around the site.

NO DOGS ALLOWED, EXCEPT GUIDE DOGS.

Fires in designated areas only. No fires allowed in the car park.
